Learning & Development Specialist - People - Global

Our learning and development specialist will be a strong hands-on player that will will have to carry out the implementation of different learning programs from planning to execution and measuring the success of each activity. He/she/they will ensure the continuous development of skills that Bitsonauts need to #makecryptouseful and will play a central role in the professional development of our Bitsonauts while creating the conditions to boost their potential.

Your impact will be to:

  • Identify learning needs and drive the implementation of activities to solve them.
  • Implement on-demand learning programs.
  • Coordinate a mentoring program that facilitates connections between Bitsonauts.
  • Partner with our talent management team to foster professional development programs.
  • Administer and improve our training benefits policy.
  • Coordinate, evaluate and improve our ongoing language program.
  • Evaluate and re-implement our leadership program with our vendors.
  • Collaborate in building an internal onboarding for new leaders.
  • Work with universities and external educational vendors to launch educational benefit and learning programs for Bitsonauts.
  • Implement a framework for measuring the impact of learning programs.
  • Write or update documentation on internal processes and tools.
  • Facilitate learning activities.
Who you are:
  • An expert in learning and development measurement frameworks (Kirkpatrick and/or Phillips & Phillips).
  • Experienced in rolling out and maintaining a LMS.
  • Competent in instructional design.
  • Skilled in google suite tools (specially google spreadsheets, google slides and google forms).
  • Data driven.
  • A great team player.
