Product Manager - Multiple Sclerosis

Job Description

We are seeking a marketer with high specialty experience to develop and implement patient/caregiver strategies and tactics for Multiple Sclerosis treatment products in Mexico. This role includes the full responsible of P&L as well as, analyzing and developing, in join with access team, the tactics toward to introduce the Biogen MS portfolio among the main public and private hospitals. 

Essential functions of the job include:
• Defining and Influencing the overall strategy for the portfolio
• Developing and implementing tactics to:
o Educate the community about multiple sclerosis
o Increase awareness of MS among HCP, Patients/caregivers
o Ensure ongoing engagement and collaboration with the Field Operations team

• Executing non-personal tactics (digital, virtual and print) to introduce Biogen to the appropriate HCP and Caregiver community

Execute Market access and pricing strategies (originally shared by the asset team) with the support of RDSE and Market access and PR agencies.
This role also shares the responsibility for achieving revenue, market share, and budget targets. This role collaborates extensively with other members of the marketing and field teams, training department, and other functions.

Accountable of compliance for Commercial and Market access activities

 

 

Qualifications

Experience Required:


• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech product marketing/commercial experience required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience required, in marketing working together with market access, pricing or allied function. 
• Consumer marketing experience preferred

Experience with Compliance processes
• Strong formal presentation development and delivery skills required
• Experience managing external vendors and effective budget management
• Ability to travel 30-40%

 

Knowledge and skills

Leads cross functionally the colleagues in his territory

Must proactively address emerging problems by working remotely to collaborate with internal partners and colleagues

Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred
