About This Role
As the Manager of PO&T Accounting, you will be part of the broader Financial Planning & Analysis team, specifically supporting the Global Engineering Technical Services (GETS) function. Reporting to the Director of PO&T Business Planning, your primary focus will be on business planning and cost center management across operations areas such as Facilities, Real Estate & Planning, Global Security, and Global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). You will serve as a vital Finance Business Partner, ensuring precise budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities while upholding accounting and control standards. In this role, you will also aid in capital planning and expenditure support and collaborate closely with corporate accounting. Your contributions will enhance financial alignment and strategic decision-making within the organization.

What You'll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities for assigned functions, monitoring monthly performance against targets
- Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate accounting entries
- Serve as a key financial partner, providing essential insights and resolving financial issues for supported functions
- Oversee capital expenditures for assigned functions, including business case model reviews and project approvals
- Collaborate on cross-functional finance projects and participate in ad hoc initiatives as needed
- Support P2P activities, including purchase order coding and approvals

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with ERP systems
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Robust analytical abilities and business acumen
- Decisive, accountable, and comfortable working with ambiguity
Preferred Skills
- CPA or MBA
- Hands-on experience with Hyperion and Oracle

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $106,000.00-$142,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
