Global Commercialization Lead, Dravet
As the Global Commercialization Lead, Dravet, you will be responsible for developing the global commercialization strategy and deliverables for potential first in class therapy for Dravet, outside the United States. You will report to the Product Development and Commercialization Lead, Dravet, and will work collaboratively with global and regional counterparts as well as with our partner. You will be a critical member of the global product strategy and commercialization team.
You will be accountable for leading the cross-functional pre-launch & launch strategy across marketing, Value and Access, medical, insights, forecasting, and advocacy and how it can best support the program's potential. You will be a key strategic contributor to an integrated cross-functional team to develop and execute the asset strategy, along with strategic priorities and assessing new business opportunities to enable sustainable market growth for the program.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with our partner to ensure strong strategic alignment, governance, and execution of the joint commercialization plan and alliance deliverables across ex-US markets.
- Lead the commercialization functions to develop and execute on the brand strategy ex US
- Lead the creation of a compelling brand narrative, value proposition, and differentiation strategy that reflects deep disease and customer insights.
- Deliver a commercialization plan that proactively shapes the market, ensures scientific exchange and relationship building, plans and executes evidence generation, enables engagement with the patient community and advocacy groups, and impacts public policy
- Lead development of a comprehensive launch sequence that maximize access to the potentially transformative therapy
- Achieve a world-class launch by defining a launch plan that ensures organizational readiness and right-level resource allocation
- Define & evolve a compelling marketing strategic plan
- Coordinate with PDC Lead to ensure maximization of the value of the asset
- Collaborate with regional and affiliate colleagues to support the vision and strategy to effectively ensure launch and patient access to this important therapy.
- Accountable for comprehensive assessment of competition and identification of opportunities to guide/refine the global strategy amidst rapidly changing market dynamics
- Collaborate with Global Finance and Insights to refine forecasts, assess business opportunities, and guide resource allocation decisions.

You are a strategic and entreprenerial leader high-impact, hands-on leader who enjoys and has experience integrating cross-functional considerations into leading commercialization strategic initiatives, team decisions, and work products. You appreciate learning from team members and other company partners and hearing multiple perspectives to inform recommendations and decisions. You have commercialization expertise and bring this point-of-view to help drive key workstreams and communications.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelors Degree Required; Advanced Degree Preferred
- 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Commercial launch experience
- Experience in Rare indications (neuro preferred)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, including creative, strategic mindset
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills, including ability to navigate throughout a matrixed organization with individuals at all levels
- Anticipated travel: up to 15% international
Preferred Skills:
- Ex US Commercial experience
- Experience as a member of a Global cross-functional asset team
