THE MISSION

The Information Security and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of regulatory compliance at Big Fish Games. This includes but is not limited to: leading compliance efforts, daily report reviews, following and enhancing standard operating procedures, compliance focused risk assessments for new services, and supporting annual compliance audits.
 

THIS INCLUDES…

  • Supporting PCI-DSS and SOX compliance audits
  • Ability to work and collaborate with auditors and assessors
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance to technical and non-technical teams in support of compliance
  • Strong understanding of IT Governance Controls
  • Perform daily report reviews in support of compliance
  • Develop technical and non-technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities
  • Conduct regular gap analysis of security controls against regulatory compliance standards
  • Continually review and enhance security policies and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation


REQUIRED ABILITIES, ACHIEVEMENTS, AND XP

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing PCI-DSS 3.x audits and compliance
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing SOX 404 audits and compliance
  • Experienced in representing Information Security and Compliance at the Change Board
  • Strong self-motivation and orientation toward results
  • Strong understanding and support of change management, continuous improvement and Lean principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Working knowledge of Security Information & Event Management (SIEM)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced IT Operations team and organization
