Job Description

We are looking for a supply planner for our manufacture plant located in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico, this role will be responsible for:

•  Build the weekly production planning in strong collaboration/ negotiation with the Factory scheduling team and customers

•  Build the shipment plan of the factory to the customers (first continent DC/Hub, distributors or other plants)

•  Prepare and control S&OP files and participate actively to factory MPP decision process

•  Monitor and optimize finished goods inventory level and health at Group level in collaboration with internal customers

•  Anticipate, communicate and bring solutions for products shortages

•  Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplification

Qualifications

•  Education Experience: bachelor degree

•  Fluent in English

•  Strong Problem-solving skills

•  Excellent communication skills and team spirit required to be able to coordinate conflicting objectives and interact with people from different backgrounds

•  Ability to prioritize and work autonomously

•  Ability to keep a cold head under pressure and to step back (helicopter View)

•  Comfortable and rigorous with figures and systems (JOAJJDE/ExceI/Cognos)
