You will help Better foster a strong relationship with the realtor community by providing dedicated service to borrower leads provided by realtors. Depending on your previous exposure to the home financing process, you may already be an expert with respect to the technical aspects of the job. However, you will become an even more integral part of the team as you learn our approach to excellent service. Your work with realtors and their clients will allow you to share customer insights with our product and business development teams, helping to improve Better’s core technology.

While most Better customers choose to work entirely online, many will choose to contact us for support. This creates an opportunity for you to provide an even better experience by adding empathy, guidance, and delight.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized communicator capable of delivering best-in-class service while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. This position will require sophisticated interaction with both the software that we’re building and the clients we’re serving.

  • Desire to help each consumer with the most important financial transaction of their life
  • Ability to think mathematically and work through complex scenarios
  • High personal integrity
  • A degree or significant professional experience in the hospitality/service industry
  • A record of academic achievement, and keen intellectual ability

  • NMLS license holders preferred
  • Must be willing to work night + weekend shifts
