A Better Opportunity:

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Business Recruiter to join us and help us continue to make critical hires across our Corporate and Sales/Ops Functions. Our Recruiters have the necessary drive and passion to execute on our hiring targets, and eagerly partner and collaborate with various stakeholders in order to find the right talent for their respective teams. This person will own the relationship with both our hiring managers and our candidates; setting expectations and exceeding them, all while making sure we’re giving an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process across our Corporate and Sales and Operations function: sourcing, engaging, evaluating and closing top candidates.
  • Advise and consult Hiring Managers on process improvements needed to scale, while always maintaining high quality of hire
  • Develop and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and create create inclusive talent strategies that align with Better’s mission and values
  • Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates; establishing regular touch points and maintain thorough follow through
  • Ensure high-level of data integrity within our various recruiting platforms; providing accurate reporting to recruiting managers and hiring managers

About You:

  • 2+ years of proven recruiting experience; preferably working in a high-growth environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; with an excellent attention to detail
  • Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency
  • A go-getter who can self-manage, execute new processes and strategies, all while navigating through ambiguity
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change; ability to flex across different areas of the business
  • You value diversity and have ideas on how to make recruiting more inclusive
  • Previous experience with ATS management and Gem a plus!
