We are looking for a Supply Partner Associate to own relationships with our critically important programmatic exchange partners. Beeswax partners with over 50 ad exchanges around the world, and maintaining excellent commercial relationships with this portfolio of partners is critical to the ongoing success and growth of our platform.
As a Supply Partner Associate, you will act as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for a portfolio of exchange partners. You will be the subject-matter expert on these partners, coordinating and managing partner-related projects with Beeswax’s product, sales, client services and engineering teams. Using your knowledge of both Beeswax and partner capabilities, you will ensure that Beeswax teams are informed and educated about the value our supply partners can provide. You will also develop long term strategic business plans for a subset of our most critical supply partners, including holding regular quarterly business reviews with key partners and Beeswax executives and other stakeholders.
-Acting as the primary point-of-contact between exchange partners and Beeswax employees and clients, holding regular meetings with partners where appropriate.
-Managing joint projects between Beeswax teams and supply partners, ensuring that multi-functional teams on both sides are successfully delivering improvements to our partnerships.
-Collaborating with exchange partners to uncover new opportunities to expand partnerships, including expansions and improvements to exchange integrations, joint marketing and sales efforts, unique inventory packages and/or internal training opportunities.
-Maintaining comprehensive documentation about the capabilities of individual exchanges and how they have partnered with Beeswax.
-For certain key partners, developing long-term strategic business plans and holding regular QBRs to align stakeholders on each side with plans to significantly grow the partnership.
-B.S. or B.A. degree
-1-3 years' experience in programmatic advertising, ideally at a DSP or SSP; specific experience with DSP/SSP commercial and technical partnerships preferred
-Relationship builder who can build deep, long-term, trusted partnerships
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor communication style for varying levels of seniority and technical expertise
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a true enterprise partnership
-Dependable and accountable with experience working with cross-functional teams to support complex partner projects
-Intellectually curious self-starter
