Senior Manager of Product Training
The Senior Manager of Product Training conceptualizes, develops, and executes scalable, interactive beauty training content for a rapidly expanding network of internal sales consultants, corporate employees and consumers. This role requires working closely with other departments including product development, marketing, sales and environmental, health and safety to gather information and build original curriculum. In addition to instructional design expertise, this person also leads regional training summits as needed.

Conceptualize, develop and write product-focused, sales-driven multi-media training materials.
Create educational tools including, but not limited to: product education sheets, tips cards, event collateral and product training videos.
Designing scripts and product presentations for national and regional sales meetings.
Cultivate and maintain awareness of beauty industry trends through retail visits, mystery shopping, and following key social influencers.
Support training/sales events in the field to evaluate and monitor training programs success and opportunities. Present recommendations and strategy.
Leverage Operations to analyze and report on the impact of training programs on product performance and sales results.
Collaborate with Events, Marketing, Sales, Creative, Product Development, Environmental Health and Safety, and Legal teams to ensure consistency of message, accuracy of product information, and fulfillment of strategic objectives.
Must have a solid understanding of curriculum development and adult learning theory.
Instructional design/curriculum development expertise.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable live and on video.
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
Must be articulate and possess a professional demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and respond with sense of urgency.
Ability to work well independently and with a team, attention to detail and accuracy.
Superior organization and interpersonal skills.
5-7 years of related work experience with at least 3 years of curriculum development and facilitation experience.
Digital learning experience, including LMS, apps, AR/VR, etc.
Video production or on-camera experience a plus.
Experience in makeup, skincare or haircare strongly preferred.
30% travel to regional training events.
