Sr. National Accounts Manager - Costco

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver annual NSV and DGP targets for Costco
- Lead and develop annual business plan through coordination with key stakeholders
- Develop collaborative planning meetings with retailer to drive planning, engagement, and long-term alignment
- Lead business development and communication between Beam Suntory and retailer partner
- Conduct bi-monthly business reviews, and bi-annual Innovation & Programming Meetings utilizing syndicated data and resources
- Align and engage with Beam Suntory cross-functional team members to help drive actionable insights and planning, delivering growth for retailer
- Provide focused strategy and prioritization around brands and innovation, and the role of each within this retailer
- Develop national and regional programming plans highlighting key priority brands
- Analyze and evaluate promotional effectiveness of sales and marketing programs
- Influence all stakeholders within Beam Suntory and our wholesaler partners to ensure alignment and execution on programming, commitments, and initiatives
- Plan, leverage, and maximize effectiveness of EG and BI Budgets and ensure compliance with published spending guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, field sales, promotional marketing, or regional marketing
- 5+ years of complex cross functional team experience
- Previous adult beverage industry experience
- National/Chain Account headquarters contact experience desired
- Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work Strategic Plans vs Tactical Plans
- Advanced PC skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Thorough understanding of category management and its applications
- Strong people and organizational skills to lead the organization
- Up to 50% travel required for this role
