Shopper Insights Manager, On-Premise

- Partner with Beam Suntory's On-Premise, Off-Premise, and eCommerce commercial teams as an expert in Spirits shopper and guest behavior, building sales strategies that drive core business objectives
- Utilize a wide array of data resources to extract key insights that drive the value of total Spirits and the Beam Suntory portfolio within the category
- Lead ad hoc research projects, aimed to produce an ROI, against key business objectives; will be responsible for budget, timeline and deliverable management
- Develop strategic content aimed to educate internal and external stakeholders on the nuances of Spirits shoppers and their behaviors throughout different categories, channels, and consumption locations
- Work cross-functionally with teams in Consumer Insights, Shopper Marketing, Strategy, and BSI's key Distribution partner
- Disrupt traditional thought, with supportive insights, to guide the organization towards its long-term objectives
- Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years of CPG experience across Shopper/Channel/Consumer Insights, Business Analytics, Category Development, and/or Sales Account Management
- Exceptional technical, analytical, problem solving, data visualization, and communication skills
- Independent self-starter with ability to identify, create, and lead projects
- Advanced analytical skills with large data sets; Power BI and/or Tableau experience valuable but no required.
- Knowledge of a shopper panel platform (i.e. Numerator or Nielsen), syndicated data, shopper/consumer segmentation models (i.e Spectra), and/or loyalty card sources
- Related experience in Spirits, Wine, or Beer preferred, but not required
- Ability to travel up to 15%
