We will lead the industry in creating luxury/super premium brand experience at iconic accounts in strategic cities.
Responsible for managing ~50 Influential accounts, which include premium/luxury hotels, cocktail bars and restaurants. The goal of the position is to increase identified brands perceptions and trial by securing distribution prominent on the back bar and top-selling cocktail mentions. Staff Trainings and executing unique brand events for trade & consumers are crucial to attain their engagement toward our targeted brands.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can work cross-functionally to achieve the On-Premise Team's priority initiatives, deliver impactful results, and build key relationships for our brands. The role is customer, consumer and distributor-facing and will require active communication, collaboration, and leadership in a matrix environment.
Objectives:
- Build deep relationships with influential on-premise accounts and provide unparalleled customer-focused service
- Deliver an integrated, multi-level and coordinated marketing and sales approach to customers and consumers
- Drive usage of actionable category insights, industry trends and deliver customer-first brand solutions
- Increase in credibility, extend brand awareness, and trial, and grow brand loyalty & trust through brand presences in assigned accounts
- Work closely with local distributor on account calls and brand activities to drive our on-premise priority luxury/premium brands
- Achieve assigned distribution, menu, house cocktail spirits, value/volume and training/event KPI goals in the time allotted.
- Work closely with marketing team(s) to create brand assets in assigned accounts for priority brands to enable and successfully execute staff training, menu and feature printing, back bar management and merchandising.
- Performance in assigned accounts, Distribution, Menu Placements, House cocktail spirits, Trade Events, Consumer Events, Staff Training
- Execution of high visibility, high impact promotional events
- Greater amplification of the brand through social media accounts & word of mouth
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the alcoholic beverage industry - On-Trade or Distributor preferred
- Proven track record of results in on-premise customer management
- Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, Creativity, Collaboration
- Experience with Influential Customers and/or Channel Management experience
- An understanding of category management and its applications
- Effective Budget Management Capabilities
- Advanced computer skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Working knowledge of Social Media and commercial application.

- The salary range for this role is a base salary $65,000 - $80,000 with an annual bonus plan, profit sharing and health and wellness benefits. Salary range is commensurate with candidate's experience and skillset.
