Senior Production Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the production team to manufacture reagent products in compliance with ISO standards.
• Oversee hiring and training of new associates; ensure performance management processes are implemented.
• Develop and execute annual and multi-year operational plans.
• Ensure product quality and implement Lean and Six Sigma programs.
• Manage budgets and resources for production cost centers.
• Collaborate with other business units to strengthen manufacturing capabilities.
• Maintain EH&S compliance and implement safety programs.
• Resolve production and quality issues; manage CAPA processes.
• Support validation protocols and execution as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, science, or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in biotech industry or research labs, plus 3 years in people and team management within manufacturing/process environments
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of analytical and problem-solving methods (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) used in development, manufacturing, and quality control
• Proven leadership experience with ability to motivate and manage teams
• Practical understanding of laboratory operations, protocols, instrumentation, and relevant software
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities
