This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Experience Designer to join our passionate and talented UX/UI team. We’re looking for candidates that think beyond just interfaces and apps and want to work across multiple touchpoints. We’ll be looking at the full user end-to-end experience, looking to revolutionise not just a customer’s online experience but whole company’s structures.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, energetic, and hands-on Senior Experience Designer who has previously worked with blue chip clients preferably on large-scale projects with high levels of complexity. This dynamic individual will have a fresh and open approach to creativity who is willing to work with and learn from a wider team.
Your Responsibilities:
·         Create unique products and culturally-relevant solutions to engage users with valuable experiences
·         Consider the moments of engagement, or touch-points, between people and brands, as well as the ideas, emotions and memories these moments create
·         Implement a cross-discipline perspective that considers multiple aspects of the brand/business/experience and creates a way for businesses to align with design to solve problems
·         Translate strategic design into controls, mechanisms and processes that users require to meet goals
·         Communicate the product’s vision to clients and customers to test and explore venture opportunities
·         Develop artifacts or images to make opportunities tangible for multiple audiences
·         Identify and collect exemplars and articulating their design logic, benefits and tradeoffs
·         Participate in visual problem-solving with the Strategic Designers, Venture Architects and Product Managers
·         Develop lists of prioritized concepts, wireframes, annotations and UX mapping
·         Create design briefs that outline design iterations, prioritized concepts and timelines
·         Develop choices around design and user interfaces that allow cross-discipline teams to solve customer pain points and challenges
·         Develop initial, low fidelity visual designs for prototypes, as well as information and content strategy that includes graphical representations of quantitative data or other information elements
·         Perform wireframe iterations based on feedback from internal reviews and user testing
Desired Skills and Experience
·         Several years of relevant experience in designing and documenting user experiences for desktop and mobile platforms
·         Undergraduate degree in graphic or interaction design, industrial design, product design, visual design, or equivalent; master students and graduates preferred
·         Outstanding portfolio of prior work that demonstrates strong user-centered as well as visual design capabilities across a range of different projects
·         Deep knowledge of visual design theory (e.g., typography, color theory, composition, iconography, etc.) and excellent analog visual communication skills (e.g., sketching)
·         Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks)
·         Entrepreneurial interest and business sense
·         Expert understanding of information architecture, workflows, concept development and interaction design
·         Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions
·         Visualizing front-end prototype concepts to varying levels of fidelity to demonstrate and test ideas
·         Prototyping and wireframe creation tools such as inVision, Sketch, Adobe CC
·         Estimating time and delivery of the project UX components with your team 
·         Understanding clients’ complex organizational structures and act accordingly 
·         Active involvement in workshops, research and testing sessions with stakeholders
·         Contributing to the further development DV’s UX design process 
·         Conduct user research and provide recommendations both in written and visual (wireframe) for Test concepts, perform task and user analysis, and assist with user acceptance testing
·         Develop prototypes that succinctly illustrate hierarchy and navigation
·         Strategize and drive interactive product development from site map to launch
·         Create compelling online consumer experience that drive business results
