Partnership Manager (m/f) for our travel venture

About the Venture

BCG Digital Ventures is building tOS together with one of the world’s largest travel companies. tOS stands for “travel operating system” and is a powerful B2B platform empowering the world’s leading travel brands to build more functional and personalized applications than ever before. Our corporate partner’s strategic and financial assets give us a significant launch pad as well as a lasting unfair advantage.
We are looking for a Partnership Manager (m/f) to join our motivated team in Berlin.

Your tasks:

  • Be a key player in the growth and expansion plans of the company by building strong and lasting partnerships
  • Lead the successful acquisition of new enterprise partners
  • Enterprise partners may include leading travel brands in the airline, hotel, transportation, and travel agency industries
  • Make a great first impression to our potential partners and fill our integration pipeline
  • Design and implement tools and processes to acquire new enterprise partners efficiently
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads to fuel our growth
  • Function as a reliable contact person for potential partners from the first contact through to conclusion of agreement and their integration onto the platform
  • Work with various teams within the company including development, UX, support, sales, and account management
  • Build relationships and develop key strategic initiatives


  • 3+ years of Account Management experience; preferably with a focus on scalable platform solutions, B2B software, or SaaS solutions
  • Understanding of platforms, APIs, 3rd party integrations, mobile technologies, micro-services architecture is a big plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability of building relationships to gain buy-in and achieve business results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate ideas effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Diverse skills in sales, client/account management, partnerships, deal structuring, consulting, project management, and brand strategy are a plus
  • A network in the travel industry is a plus but not a requirement
  • Willingness to relocate to Berlin
  • Fluency in English is a must, German is a strong plus; other languages are a plus
