With funding in place, this venture is well positioned to disrupt the multi-billion dollar US medical aesthetics market, infusing cutting edge technology and killer content into an industry primed for innovation.
We are looking for a Manager – Personalization Strategy & Innovation. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing loyalty and personalization growth opportunities through the use of relevant and personalized marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital marketing campaigns, the ability to problem-solve and set / execute a strategy, and an interest in the beauty and/or medical aesthetics industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop a rich understanding of the customer needs and motivations and how to meet those needs
  • Set and execute personalization strategy using data, analytics, and industry findings (i.e., identify and size hypothesis-driven, 1:1 personalized growth strategies across customer cohorts including new communication approaches, offer strategies, methods of offer delivery, new external partnerships, etc.)
  • Size and scope opportunities to drive subscription growth through marketing channels, including providing a business case, execution plan, and gathering partnership buy-in
  • Implement a “test and learn” approach, with a focus on driving quick, actionable, and game changing learnings
  • Assist in analysis of all digital marketing efforts and creation of data analytic reports

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including previous hands on experience with customer growth and development, data-driven marketing, and/or strategy development
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or finance; MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of analytical approaches / customer analytics; experience utilizing personalized marketing vehicles to influence customer behavior and solid understanding of financial and operational functioning of targeted marketing vehicles
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to develop vision for the future state, test hypotheses, and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable strategies and tactical plans 
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Problem solver that is able to work across multiple simultaneous projects, delivering impactful work on-time with consistent quality
  • Demonstrated passion for using data to surface customer insights and understanding and meeting the needs of the customer
  • Ability to deliver work in a fast-paced environment
