Position summary
As HR Assistant (m/f) you will be part of a flexible team, which provides high-level executive and general HR support in a demanding, fast-paced professional services environment. You will focus on administrative staffing tasks as well as on internal communications and will have the opportunity to gain diverse insights into the broad range of deliverables in HR.

As an HR Assistant (m/f) you will use your skills to

  • Support the People and Talent team with staffing activities to successfully resource DV Berlin's business activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on employee availability and overall capacity
  • Be responsible for administrative coordination flow with editing memos and documents, and internal employee communications on behalf of those you support
  • Foster personnel planning and staffing, including database administration and correspondence with employees
  • Contribute and work on internal HR projects and events
  • Taking care of corporate communication tasks towards employees i.e. company newsletter

As an HR Assistant (m/f) you will need

  • Degree in business, psychology, social sciences or other HR relevant education
  • First relevant experience in the field of HR or relevant professional experiences are beneficial
  • A passion for people topics
  • Strong dedication and above-average quality standards, flexibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork skills
  • An independent, structured, and service-oriented working style with attention to detail
  • Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
