Head of Sales for our AI life sciences venture

We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy sales leader to build and run our Sales operations in Berlin. As a Head of Sales, you will establish strategic partnerships with top industry names and academic institutions in the field of Life Sciences and will be responsible for revenue growth and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibility

  • Build up relationships with academic institutions and industry labs, manage strategic partnerships
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from qualifying to closing
  • Accurately and consistently forecast business, deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Proactively seek for client feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to improve our value proposition upon it 
  • Collaborate with our Growth team on establishing go-to-market strategy developing and executing growth initiatives 
  • Build effective and scalable sales operations, recruit and mentor talented sales team

Requirements

  • Established network to go-to-market immediately and evangelize our product within Life Science researchers community
  • 7+ years of experience of selling to research labs and academic institutions
  • Solid understanding and proven experience of running SaaS sales to large, complex organizations
  • Readiness to “roll up your sleeves” and directly execute against rapid growth goals 
  • Experience in building up and leading a sales team
  • Previous experience with audiences in Science/Academia
