Head of Growth for our AI life sciences venture
We are looking for an ambitious professional with a background in Marketing and Sales to join our team as a Head of Growth. You will be responsible for setting up and fueling the venture’s growth engine by developing a thought-out strategy and assembling a dedicated team to execute it effectively.
- Build & manage Growth function (awareness, user acquisition, engagement, partnerships)
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to implement and monitor growth strategy effectively
- Develop and manage a channel partner system of industry players and academic institutions to generate new growth opportunities
- Track and analyze growth metrics, communicate findings to the leadership team and throughout the company
- Convert insights into action, see user acquisition process through from ideation to execution
- Recruit and manage a dedicated growth team
- 5+ years of relevant experience at a fast growing startup
- Demonstrable track record of working towards targets in B2B / SaaS
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience of working traditional and digital marketing channels, and analytical tools for evaluation of marketing campaign
- Experience in offline/traditional marketing
- Ability to manage and coach a small team
- Familiar and comfortable with the agile and iterative approach
- Strong plus: Previous experience with audiences in Science/Academia
