Lodge is an early stage PropTech startup that provides a digital platform for landlords in Australia to manage and take control of their investment properties. The company is currently in pre-launch and is expected to enter the market mid-2018.

We are looking for an exceptional growth marketer to join as part of the founding team at Lodge to launch and scale the business in new and existing markets.

What you will do:

Define growth strategy
● Think big and define new innovative customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
● Proactively execute on customer growth strategy at scale
● Forecast customer growth and associated budget requirements

Hands on execution
● Hack, measure and iterate to continuously uncover and exploit new growth opportunities
● Define, execute, analyse, and optimise A/B and multivariate tests
● Implement market viability tests

Who are we looking for:

● Extensive experience driving customer growth for a digital startup or high growth tech company
● A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
● Experience managing 3rd party partners, vendors and channels
● Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesise, recommend and action
● Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity and change
● Entrepreneurial, curious and highly proactive behaviours are essential
