With funding in place, this venture is well positioned to disrupt the multi-billion dollar US medical aesthetics market, infusing cutting edge technology and killer content into an industry primed for innovation.
We are looking for an Associate – Personalization Strategy & Innovation.This role will be responsible for identifying, developing and executing loyalty and personalization growth opportunities through the use of relevant and personalized marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital marketing campaigns, a passion for testing and adapting quickly, and an interest in the beauty and/or medical aesthetics industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Support team in developing a rich understanding of the customer needs and motivations and how to meet those needs
  • Help execute personalization strategy using data, analytics, and industry findings
  • Identify new opportunities to drive subscription growth through marketing channels
  • Lead all digital marketing activities for the company including e-mail, CRM, social media campaigns and other digital marketing tactics
  • Analyze digital marketing efforts and create weekly and monthly data analytics reports
  • Must be able to both set and execute strategy
  • Must be able to run own media behind campaigns

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience; prior start-up or agency experience is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Hands on experience with CRM, ESP, Google Suite of Solutions (e.g., AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.), and other marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills (with knowledge of analytic approaches / customer analytics)
  • Problem solver that is able to multitask effectively, delivering high quality assignments on time
  • Well organized, self-motivated and works well within a team dynamic
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail  
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
