We seek unique sales people. You have to be able to manage a broad territory and be able to carry the entire sales process from start to finish on your own merits and skills. This doesn’t mean we won’t be helping you sell – we absolutely will. But we believe strongly in a sales person that has the ability to own all of the important sales stages.
Would this be a good fit for you?
The ideal candidate will be someone with an extremely strong record of achievement in a new business sales position within software and/ or/ other online based technologies. A background in selling into marketing/eCommerce departments up to CMO level would be a major advantage along with an understanding of social and the impacts it can have on business in today’s world. If you don’t have this background you will need to convince us that you have the ability to learn these ropes quickly and bring a perspective that can easily be adapted.
What we look for;
- Being confident in selling a high-ROI solution.
- Demonstrating the value propositions of our products and services.
- Partnering with the client’s marketing and eCommerce team and working through their organisation to find the key champion.
- Running a territory franchise, including territory management, account planning and generating pipeline on a continuous basis.
- Exceptional qualification skills and accurate forecasting over a two-quarter period.
- Navigating complex sales cycles, building consensus across multiple business units and successfully navigating sales processes to close.
