Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) at Bazaarvoice are the engine that helps to drive the business forward. Each team member is highly skilled in unearthing new business opportunities to deploy Bazaarvoice solutions for new clients. The way in which this is achieved is by building solid and trusted relationships with senior personnel within target organisations. The methods behind this vary from contact over the phone, email, events, acting on marketing campaigns and generally keeping abreast of all things social within current and target organisations.
- Pipeline generation
- Demonstrate value proposition of our products and services to key industry prospects
- Qualify and booked appointments with key decision makers within target accounts for the Account Executive team
- Champion key industry events and help manage the pre, during, and post event process in collaboration with Marketing
- Be creative and find ways we can target our prospects to get their attention
