Amongst the suite of Bazaarvoice solutions we have a consumer facing community called Influenster where you will find a community of trendsetters, early adopters, product-junkies, storytellers and brand enthusiasts with a knack for telling it like it is, good and bad through product reviews and other forms of consumer generated content. Within the community we have 6.5 million members that over time have generated over 40 million product reviews. Selling the platform to brands are an exceptional group of sales people within the Bazaarvoice Revenue team where this role sits.
Working closely with other teams in the rest of the EMEA Revenue organisation you will contribute greatly to the long term success of what is a huge growth area for the company as we make investments across the board now to hit those longer term growth goals.
What’s in it for the right candidate?
This role will provide an outstanding place to learn and develop personally, working with some of the biggest brands on the planet for the leading provider of UGC services globally. As a kind of start-up within the bigger business, reporting directly to the Director of Influenster EMEA, this role allows for creativity while encouraging autonomy that will let you make it your own. As the subject matter expert you will be collaborating with Customer Success, Account Directors and Account Executives from the broader SaaS side of the business, lending advice on how content acquisition can help add strength to the broader proposition as a recognised subject matter expert. You will work with an enviable list of existing clients at Bazaarvoice so you won’t be starting from scratch, but your commercial acumen will allow us in time to add to that list of clients.

Creativity/Problem solving – with this offering being new to the EMEA market we haven’t quite worked out all the kinks so the ability to problem solve as we go is important
Tenacity – the role is going to require the right attitude - not giving up when things get challenging – being comfortable with targets that are in line with our aspirations for this offering
Requirements must have;
- Proven experience in a commercially focused role B2B sales role with a proven track record of owning the sales process from start to finish.
- Ability to build pipeline with confidence in reaching out and having early stage conversations with prospects.
- Comfortable engaging with clients at all levels of the organisation from junior brand managers through to senior executives and adapt your approach and style accordingly.
- An appetite to learn as well as the skillset to pass on knowledge to your colleagues.
- Fluency to native level in French.
Requirements nice to have;
- An understanding of the micro-influencer space.
- Product sampling initiatives.
- Familiarity with UGC (user generated content).
