We require a Sales Administrative Assistant who will be working with cardiology products. This position is an entry-level opportunity leading to a career in Sales. Based in Toronto, the individual will support the Vice President of Global Sales:

Snapshot of Responsibilities:

• Complete various other administrative duties including but not limited to; calendar management, scheduling meeting/webinars, booking travel, reporting etc.

• Organize training sessions, tradeshows, and quarterly meetings for the Sales Team

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Leaders as required

• Maintain good communication with the other departments

• Manage database input of customer data

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years of Senior Level Administrative experience

• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of working individually and in a team setting

• Ability to adapt and be flexible; have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problem solving skills are also highly valued, as the candidate will be expected to write technical reports/documentation with a strong attention to detail

• Enjoy travel as the position is based out of the Toronto office but the candidate should be prepared to be on the road up to 10% of the time to cover for the Sales Team

• The candidate must have a valid passport and should have access to an automobile
