We're seeking an innovative Implementation Success Manager in our Bay Area office. You will be the person who takes the power of Base to our customers, integrates it to their environments and builds the foundation of our Intelligent Sales Productivity Platform implementation team. Responsibilities:

  • Leading implementations and integrations of Base into new customer environments, managing the implementation project from start to finish as project manager
  • Working with users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Collecting feedback that will help improve Base and facilitating this feedback to the product teams
  • Developing process maps of a customer's sales cycle, determining stages of their sales pipeline, capturing activities within stages, and defining exit criteria for each stage
  • Configuring Base to meet a customer's specific business and sales needs
  • Collecting a customer's data and mapping historical data into a customers' Base environment
  • Conducting training for sales leaders, admin, and all end users
  • Working with customers to suggest improvements to existing sales processes and providing best practices to ensure a seamless adoption of Base for all users

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
  • Self starter who is driven to conquer projects outside of your core responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of technology and software integration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present in front of an audience and lead customer trainings
  • Strong organization skills and process-oriented
  • Self-motivated drive to constantly improve the quality of the product
  • Experience in process documentation, training, and change management
  • A sense of humor- always a plus!
