Account Executive, Medium Business

You will sell Base’s sales productivity software to customers ranging from ~100-1000 employees. Your primary responsibility is generating revenue. Secondary responsibilities include anything which will help you generate more revenue.

What’s Expected of You?

  • Win 3 deals a month.
  • Break into 2 new accounts a week from personal prospecting.
  • Win 40% of the deals provided by internal Business Development team.

What Our Sales Beasts Do:

  • Win 5+ deals a month.
  • Break into 6 new accounts a week from personal prospecting.
  • Win 60+% of the deals that’s given to them from our Business Development team.


  • 5-8 years experience in quota-carrying sales.
  • 3+ years selling software.
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle sales experience (prospecting to close). A hunter.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 year university.

Bonus Points:

  • Consistent annual achievements similar to President’s Club.
  • Experience selling sales software.
