Can you tell a story with data? We are looking for an analytical Director of Sales, who thrives in a numbers-first environment, to lead a team of Sales Analysts and provide a best-in-class experience for our bank partners. At, our goal is to bring leading consumer-centric credit card experiences to market, and we can't do this without our bank partners. Your job: to sell these opportunities to ensure bank buy-in, and show the ongoing value to our partners. The Director of Sales oversees the day-to-day client service, manages client performance metrics, and identifies revenue opportunities for further monetization.


  • Lead team of Sales Analysts to provide best-in-class account management to major U.S. Bank clients
  • Ownership of client KPIs to ensure both internal and client goals are met
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of client-facing projects
  • Guide team to develop ad hoc reporting and forecasts for clients
  • Identify opportunities to grow clients' business
  • Secure issuer buy-in for key revenue generating initiatives
  • Analyze performance of products, identifying opportunities for growth & improvement
  • Serve as primary stakeholder for internal website testing and product development plans


  • Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of digital business experience preferred
  • Highly analytical, numbers are your jam
  • Demonstrated employee development and management experience
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized and highly motivated
  • High level of proficiency with Excel
  • Financial Services background a plus
