  • Collaborate with management, internal division leaders, engagement team and creative group in the development of advertising and sales content
  • Learn and internalize BHG brand guidelines and visual standards
  • Drive processes that foster idea generation with a media-neutral mindset
  • Brainstorm and develop email, digital, social media and direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Construct clever and attention-getting headlines for sales
  • Create social media content to generate public interest, increase company followings, build an active audience and engage targeted social communities with the brand
  • Partner with the design team to ensure consistency between verbal and visual communications
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously with daily, weekly and monthly deadlines and KPIs

  • A BA/BS degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in writing advertising campaigns and social media marketing copy
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities
  • The ability to see the big picture; tell a story that translates to an audience with captivating headlines, images and copy
  • Must be a fast learner with a good attitude
  • Has strong verbal skills and is able to clearly articulate ideas and thought processes
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Displays excellent relationship management abilities and strong interpersonal skills
  • Applications must include a portfolio of advertising or social media campaigns
