Who You Are
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, solve problems creatively, prioritize relentlessly, exercise business judgment soundly, and operate with a sense of urgency to get things done. What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage training schedules
  • Book training sessions and ensure they’re properly set up
  • Maintain existing online courses on the LMS
  • Deploy and maintain exams and quizzes
  • Monitor, resolve and communicate course issues through the ticketing system
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the Learning & Development Team and Onboarding

What You’ll Need

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem solving, time management and organizational skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office
