Schedule: Must be available to work from 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm (EST)

What You'll Do

  • Thoroughly review applications for errors and structures
  • Generate legally binding contracts for clients presenting agreed upon loan terms
  • Conduct general searches on applications and update the client profiles as needed
  • Assist the funding department with ordering third party inspections
  • Work with peers to assure clients are funded in a timely, efficient manner

What You'll Need

  • Hours are 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred
  • Understanding of the finance industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude
  • Posses a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to handle a time sensitive queue
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Capability to multi-task throughout the day
