What You’ll Do
In this role, you will…
·         Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
·         Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
·         Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
·         Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
·         Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
·         Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
·         Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
·         Experience with optimization strategies, and a proven track record of identifying commonalities between performance channels and other touch points (Social, Search, Video, etc.) for greater impact.
·         Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
·         Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
·         Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
What You’ll Need
·         5+ years' experience developing and leading performance investment & strategy with execution in digital, programmatic, search, and social—and being hands-on in nature a requirement.
·         Bachelor’s degree in related field
·         Experience and comfort working in a dynamic, and at times ambiguous, environment.
·         Foundational understanding of ancillary technologies: Data Management Platforms, Audience Systems, Reporting Dashboards (Datarama, Tableau, Power BI).
·         Must be able to problem solve
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
·         Highly organized and efficient
·         Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment
·         Easily adapt to shifts in priorities
·         Creative thinking
·         Familiar with digital marketing tactics, planning & reporting
·         Knowledgeable in programs such as Google sheets/slides/docs and Microsoft Office Suite
