What You'll Do

  • Analyze and spread financial information such as tax returns, personal financial statements and credit reports to determine the degree of risk involved with extending credit or lending money
  • Perform global cash flow analysis
  • Make appropriate decisions based on creditworthiness; verify applications for completeness, conduct credit investigation, and document loan decision in writing 
  • Familiarity with personal and corporate tax returns
  • Must develop working knowledge of commonly used credit concepts, practices, policies and procedures relevant to businesses 
  • Prepare loan packages in compliance with policies and procedures from department 
  • Strong understanding of loan risk factors
  • May train/mentor/ coach junior analysts
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience required 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel
  • Process a minimum of 200+ loans monthly 
  • Candidates must live in the following Time Zones: CST, MST or PST
  • Must have strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interpret requests and give quality results in a timely manner
  • Ability to interpret complex and incomplete information and make strong assumptions
  • Must be service oriented, a team player, and have a helpful personality in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with loan originators and staff to acquire all required documentation
