Our Syracuse, NY office is expanding and we are looking for self-driven, autonomous and ambitious individuals with the ability and willingness to learn Capital Collection Management’s services and procedures. You will experience working in a high-energy entrepreneurial environment and will gain extensive knowledge of the collection industry. CCM will provide you with collection training through ACA international to become an ACA certified Professional Collection Specialist as part of your onboarding.
Summary:
We are looking for a sales/customer service minded individual. We are not your normal mundane collection company. We are a group of high energy, sales oriented individuals whose purpose is to help individuals and businesses to repay their debts owed to our clients.

Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior sales, collections or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet performance deadlines and expectations
- Strong organizational, problem solving and customer service skills
- Knowledge of and desire to work within the finance/collection industry
