Account Manager (Staffing)


Job Description:

As the Account Manager for InStaffing you’ll play an invaluable role in our growth strategy and ability to achieve company goals. You’ll be tasked with providing a superb experience for our clients and assisting them to successfully source and hire candidates through the InStaffing platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and company-wide placement targets
  • Provide excellent account management experience by developing strong and consultative relationships with senior hiring managers and recruiters as their primary contact person
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and continue to grow our business
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients and their changing hiring needs to enable InStaffing to match candidates effectively
  • Work closely with Recruiters to deliver optimal marketplace activity
  • Monitor partner company activity to identify churn risk and take effective measures to address it
  • Track personal metrics around client retention, user adoption, and other various performance indicators to ensure partner company success


Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience, preferably customer facing in a Healthcare Recruiting organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated strong track record of being able to challenge assumptions and communicate values while listening to clients and deeply understanding their needs
  • Experience working in a startup environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office and experience with a CRM
  • Experience in the Recruiting or Talent Solutions industry
