Summary:
The Content Marketing Manager is an experienced, technically sound healthcare writer and communicator responsible for creating and executing content strategies that advance Bamboo Health's visibility as the leader in Real-Time Care Intelligence™, drive lead generation and build sales pipeline, and engage customers and build loyalty. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, design, product and sales, to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. You will also analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve results.

What You'll Do:
- Craft engaging thought leadership content - both short- and long-form - for every type of medium. This includes, but is not limited to case studies, whitepapers, blogs and infographics, speaking and award submissions, social media and advertising copy, website copy, and media relations content such as byline articles.
- Manage editorial calendars, production schedules and content workflows to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Utilize best practices to optimize content for SEO and other channels to increase reach and engagement (i.e. improved page rankings for target keywords and organic traffic).
- Assist with amplification and content delivery (i.e. identifying appropriate channels for distribution, managing customer newsletters, etc.).
- Identify and build relationships with subject matter experts (executive leadership, clients, etc.), leveraging them as storytellers to increase Bamboo Health's status as a thought leader and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain a content repository including stats, testimonials, customer stories, etc.
- Measure and report on the performance of content campaigns and use data insights to drive optimization and continuous improvement.
In 3 months...

- You'll possess a strong understanding of the needs of our target audiences and how our solutions deliver value.
- You'll develop relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- You'll feel confident conveying our voice and diving right into the work, creating high-quality content that aligns with our strategy.
- You'll gain an understanding of existing processes and apply your proven approach/identify areas for improvement.
- You'll continue to create engaging content, seeing increased reach and visibility tied to the content you create (i.e. increased web traffic and social media followers).
- You'll revamp our customer communications strategy, including newsletter distribution.
- You'll own reporting on metrics tied to content consumption and share suggestions for improvement.
- You'll have enhanced knowledge of the industry and competition.
- You'll see the Bamboo Health brand garnering more brand awareness and becoming more recognizable and better positioned in the marketplace thanks to your content marketing efforts.
- You'll have a year's worth of data and feedback, giving you a much deeper understanding of our audience's needs, preferences and behaviors, allowing you to create even more effective content.
- Your content marketing efforts should be contributing to increased revenue and a higher ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in content marketing - B2B healthcare experience a must - with a proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling and persuasive content for various audiences and formats.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing and experience with digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance and use data insights to drive optimization.
