As a Senior Manager in one of the nation’s preeminent practices, you will work with a select group of professionals aligned, in an entrepreneurial environment, to sell and deliver client service offerings to include Information Technology Audit, SOC Audits, and Cybersecurity Consulting.

  • Assume responsibility for all project phases and work directly with clients in accomplishing project objectives
  • Deliver exceptional client service in all client interactions and projects
  • Communicate effectively, both internally and to clients, including those at an executive level
  • Apply insights and knowledge of industry-specific compliance issues and processes to enable clients to solve complex business problems
  • Develop and execute methodologies and solutions specific to the risk consulting space
  • Pursue and support new business development. Maintain primary and active relationships with key business contacts, key clients and referral sources
  • Identify additional areas of service to offer current clients. Convert opportunities for additional service and new business into engagements for the firm
  • Manage day-to-day project activities; establish appropriate leverage on project teams and assign/manage project responsibilities to team members
  • Oversee project management, billing and collections for client work
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and performance counseling to consultants, clients and project team members
  • Balance client, new business development and practice development activities, including active participation in internal projects and operations along with complying with firm standards


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management/Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related program or related field required
  • CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA, CISM, CIPP and/or other relevant professional certification required
  • Ten (10) plus years of relevant progressive consulting experience, including a minimum of six (6) years of supervisory responsibilities
  •  Extensive project management and facilitation experience
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment
  • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
  • Ability to travel to client sites across the United States
