Due to our continued growth, we are currently interviewing experienced Cloud ERP Implementation Managers to join our Midwest (Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis or Detroit) and North East (New York and Washington DC Metro) Regional Offices.

Each member of our team is critical to our success. As a key member of our Consulting Team, you will play a key role in helping our clients:

  • Build core Cloud Capabilities. You will be a part of a dedicated team assisting clients with implementing new loud ERP, HR, Financial and CRM solutions as well as establish related processes and change management initiatives to increase business agility.
  • Create Value through the Cloud. As a Valued Business Advisor, you and your team will be involved with projects focused on helping clients strengthen top line revenue, analyzing data and enhancing corporate performance
  • Rewrite the Rules of Competition. Your clients will look to you for advice, guidance and the tools needed to help them make better decisions, faster; improve and innovate to stay ahead of competitors and to transform their business.

Responsibilities

Baker Tilly’s Enterprise Transformation Solutions Team works across multiple facets of the client’s business with their proven knowledge and capabilities in implementing cloud ERP solutions.  As a member of our team, you will apply your previous experience and work side by side with some of the industry’s top talent.  We encourage our consultants to take on a leadership role within our group and help build careers through our structured training.  We are also changing the rules on how we deploy business solutions for our clients – we have a unique work-life balance approach that leverages a blend of on and off-site client support allowing us to deliver the same high-level consulting services without the need to be a weekly road warrior.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management including project economics, resource management, mentoring, and client problem solving.  In addition, you will be valued member of our management team assisting with enhancing our delivery methods, client solutions, and solution and service marketing.

Qualifications

  • Five+ years of experience as a Project Manager designing and implementing processes related to enterprise business systems
  • Experience with the following solutions are a plus- ERP packaged software such as Plex Online, NetSuite, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, and JDE
  • Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, Lean Six Sigma and End to End Process experience desired
  • Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies  is required
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and time management skills
  • strongMicrosoft Office skills required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, leading clients thru successful implementations, previous employers thru profitable  growth and peers thru thought leadership
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
  • Former management consulting experience a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or similar degrees required
  • Travel is required for portions of the delivery services – we leverage modern cloud conferencing solutions to facilitate client interaction and delivery services in addition to on-site delivery
  • Desire to participate in non-client services as well, including thought-leadership development, marketing participating, speaking engagements, and practice development
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or similar curriculum. Equivalent and relevant work experience may be considered.
