Responsibilities

  • Lead complex business process and organizational projects to effect transformational change and drive adoption
  • Coordinate the management of multiple, related projects and navigate complex activities that span practices, service lines, geographies and functions; invest resources in the right work to achieve strategic objectives and deliver expected value
  • Drive strategic and tactical process improvement initiatives and adoption across the firm
  • Partner with stakeholders – firm leadership, partners and practitioners – on transformational change management initiatives and build collaborative relationships
  • Facilitate working sessions with firm leadership, partners and practitioners; employ proven techniques to design solutions
  • Lead complex projects to that address changing and/or growing business needs and requirements, including advanced technology
  • Conduct needs analysis of current state and future state; operationalize business processes and procedures; and develop recommendations
  • Lead complex projects using standard practices, proven techniques, common tools and a shared language; estimate scope, expectations, deliverables and project budget; manage risks throughout change initiative and develop mitigation plans
  • Enhance client service and speed to market with project leadership and wrap-around support for practitioners
  • Provide content and thought leadership for Enterprise Portfolio Management Methodology Center and Knowledge Center; provide consultation and training to transfer project management methodologies and knowledge internally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • PfMP®, PgMP®, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSM certificates preferred
  • 5 to 8 years of related experience required
  • Advanced Office 365 skills with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Pivotal Tracker, MS Office Professional, MS Visio, MS OneNote, MS SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of current project methodologies, including SDLC/Waterfall, Agile, RAD/Hybrid
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and organization-wide initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Creative change agent – someone who is solutions-oriented and actively engaged in the design process
  • Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
  • Excellent problem solving, teamwork, influence, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in client management, facilitation, coaching, conflict management, and mediation
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work with all levels within an organization
