Responsibilities

As a Data Analytics Associate, you will play a key role on a variety of projects that will build your technical & business skills, and enhance the operations, processes and performance of our clients. Collaborating closely with an experienced team of problem solvers and leveraging the most advanced technologies, you will help clients analyze and resolve complex business issues as well as identify strategic opportunities. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore different roles and career paths and be a part of your own development trajectory
  • Engage directly with a variety of clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations
  • Participate actively on project teams and develop innovative ways to use data and advanced technology to provide value to engagement teams and clients
  • Collaborate with Associates, Senior Associates, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge across various industries and services
  • Gain comprehensive accounting, advisory and project management skills
  • Apply specialized-STEM skills to execute financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, agreed upon procedures and special projects
  • Drive positive social impact in our communities through our volunteering events, such as Junior Achievement and United Way
  • Actively participate as an ambassador for STEM within the company, on universities campus and within other industry-related STEM organizations

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background (minimum GPA of 3.0 required)
  • Availability to begin full-time employment during Summer 2020
  • Bachelor's degree in these or related areas of study:
    • Technology & Science: Actuarial Science, Computer Science, IT Security, IT Operations/Administration, Management Information Systems, Mathematics
    • Business: Accounting, Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, Statistics, Supply Chain
    • Engineering: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship as a full-time employee
  • Willingness to travel based on project assignment requirements
