  • Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management and C-level executives to complete particular steps of a project as defined by the project team leader
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client's operations outside of the scope of the current assignment
  • Inspire confidence in the client that they will be delighted with the result of the project
  • Organize work product in a logical and understandable manner within defined timeframe and in accordance with firm, regulatory and documentation standards
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritizing time and communicating potential conflicts to supervisor
  • Demonstrate flexibility and takes responsibility for getting things done
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and engagement letters
  • Interact with the other functional areas of the practice including Tax, Audit, and other Consulting groups
  • Use various software tools as designated by the firm
  • Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations


Minimum Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance
  • CPA Eligible
  • 2 years' experience in a public accounting audit or finance process consulting
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, SUMIF, vlookup, parsing data strings, graphs, etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be very organized
  • Possess great interpersonal skills and capable of building strong client relationships
  • Recent team leadership or supervision of engagement team
  • Ability for light travel
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely manner
  • Self - starter

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies
  • CPA license
  • Financial modeling, financial planning and analysis experience
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise client engagements
  • A good balance of strong audit skills and business acumen
  • Desire to train, coach, and mentor
