Job Description
Calling all healthy activists, with a passion for great taste and a competitive drive! Bai is looking for leaders who are audacious, tenacious, authentic, and obsessive and with an entrepreneurial spirit in building a brand to lead our field marketing team. Think you have what it takes?

The Regional Field Marketing Manager (RFMM) leads a team of marketing professionals to develop regional marketing plans that strategically link to pillar platforms and that localize corporate brand strategies. The RFMM sets the marketing vision for the region and oversees the planning and execution of all activity. They will need to be outside of the box and executing disruptive lifestyle marketing through event and influencer activity, creating relationships and experiences with bai’s future advocates. The RFMM will infuse and inspire the community and our local distributors and retailers with the Bai spirit by authentically living and embodying the “bai lifestyle”. In addition, the RFMM will work closely with the Regional Sales team to deliver retail and event programs that will drive volume growth.

Lead Field Marketing Regional Planning and Operations
• Responsible for leading the field marketing team to expand the consumer base by delivering an authentic, impactful message
• Develop market strategy and goals to build brand awareness and increase sales and brand awareness within region
• Build and execute creative regional plans
• Manage and create a passionate group of brand ambassadors and a Market Activation Specialist, and a Student Brand Manager who will actively engage consumers
• Be the ultimate bai consumer. Constantly work to develop an in-depth understanding of the beverage market, natural market trends, and of emerging health and fitness trends, among other lifestyle activity
• Implement processes to ensure streamlined execution of all activity
• Collaborate and align with the brand marketing team to develop local advertising strategy and bring local insights and perspective
• Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit among your peers and team members within assigned geography by developing and executing innovative programming that that will not only build brand awareness, but will be the envy of the competition

People Leadership & Development
• Lead and inspire local field marketing team to ensure effective, best in class program execution and to ignite passion in the execution of all job functions
• Be a creative problem solver and approach challenges as an opportunity
• Provide direct/indirect reports with leadership, direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills
• Focus on talent management; including recruitment, ongoing performance management and individual development

Administrative Duties & Reporting
• Measure and communicate goals and results to sales and marketing team
• Manage responsibly budget, inventory, and logistics for the region
• Ensure the effective implementation of event calendars, programming and recaps within the business unit
• Inform and update sales and distributors on all field marketing activity
• Manage brand ambassador payroll and reporting
• Must be very organized with the ability to multi-task

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree
• 3-5 years experience, preferably in the experiential marketing field or consumer based marketing
• Knowledge of brand strategy and market application including local marketing and product sampling
• Field leadership experience including budget responsibility and management
• Knowledge of local market trends and relevant influencers
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sustainable results
• Willingness to travel to local markets
• Go-getter attitude and 100% commitment to building a new brand in a year of hyper growth
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 35lbs
