Serve as a member of the Infrastructure Automation team responsible for designing, implementing, operating and maintaining the client’s local and wide area networks. You will be accountable for participating in and/or serving as a contributor on multiple large, highly visible projects simultaneously, while developing a desktop common operating environment for the IC.

Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Required Skills & Education:

Bachelor Degree or six additional years of experience in

lieu of a degree. Create and manage the upkeep of wireless and mobile

documentation including detailed deployment, test, and support plans.

Troubleshoot devices, wireless, and mobile solutions as

needed. Work with cross-functional teams to establish

wireless/mobile standards regarding new technologies.

1+ year experience in the Intelligence Community

Understanding of the Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise


Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Aruba or Cisco wireless


Minimum of 3 years of experience working with network technologies.

Knowledge of design software such as Visio or CAD.

Working knowledge of Cisco iOS.

Ability to design and implement Aruba wireless networks for a diverse set

of wireless clients: handhelds, RF devices, wireless phones, iPad’s, mobile

phones, and traditional workstations/laptops.

Knowledge of best practices in an Aruba wireless environment.

Troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues with wireless devices and

network setup.

Ability to be self-motivated to complete tasks, prioritize tasks

and effectively multi-task on multiple projects at the same time. Ability to manage client and

stakeholder expectations to effectively set and deliver on commitments.

Excellent communications skills and ability to interact, via the phone,

chat or email.

Preferred Skills and Education Experience with Cisco wireless Aruba and/or Cisco



BS in Computer Systems, Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related Bachelor’s
