Training Specialist II

Responsible for developing training materials for informal training (e.g. train the trainer, brown bag). Review and evaluate existing training materials and presentation methods. Develop plans for improving training methods and student learning. Facilitate and coordinate training events. Use student questionnaire, personal observations, and feedback to develop performance improvement recommendations.
Required Skills and Education
Candidates must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a training specialist providing directly related support in such areas as course development, training and testing material development, and instruction delivery. A bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for four years of work experience, or an associate's degree in a related field may be substituted for two years of experience. VMWare VCenter, Moodle, Captivate, Camtasia, or Articulate.
