Training Manager

Job Description
The Training Manager organizes, manages and executes technical and professional training for all contract personnel supporting the Army Open Source Intelligence Capabilities (AOC) program. The Training Manager designs and implements on-boarding training programs, focusing on Army, corporate, and technical requirements and recommended subject matter. He or she organizes and administers OSINT and Data Science distance-learning training programs, focused on accelerating the technical proficiency of the OSINT workforce. The Training Manager leads the program's professional development efforts focused on leader's training, coaching and mentoring, and skills-transitions programs. He or she identifies commercial and government technical training and certification opportunities, supporting contractor technical proficiency and Army OSINT Office training curriculum development. The Training Manager coordinates closely with the Program's Task Training Lead, program leadership, and OSINT field sites to assess lessons learned, adapt, and re-tool training opportunities, where appropriate. The Training Manager attends and/or chairs staffing meetings with Government and sub-contract personnel. Additionally, he or she develops and executes training policies and procedures in order to optimize customer support.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
Required education: High School/GED
Must have extensive OSINT experience; must also have experience with intelligence discipline competencies, Army training management, and Army professional development
