The qualified candidate will be responsible for research, writing,editing, and publishing technical documentation for a suite of program productsfor a new program. Candidate must have experience working with technicalengineers to write and edit content for documentation including end-usermanuals, end-user training manuals, briefings and flyers, charts, graphs andforms, test plans, test procedures and test reports, online system documentupdates, engineering documentation, operations manuals and other programtechnical and management documents. Candidate must be able to design and createclear and concise content for technical documentation that meets quality standardsand/or instructional objectives with proper usage of brand, voice and style.Selected candidate must have the ability to evaluate content in relation to theproject objectives and provide recommendations for improvement; proofread textto identify and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors; revisecurrent documentation for existing products and create documentation for newproducts. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to;assist with usability testing of the software procedure to verify accuracy ofand to confirm they meet quality standards; assist in the review of technicalcontent deliverables for completeness and accuracy to confirm they are preparedfor publication. Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience or Associates Degree with 7+ years of experience or High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience.

Selected candidate must have the ability to evaluate content in relation to the project objectives and provide recommendations for improvement; proofread text to identify and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors; revise current documentation for existing products and create documentation for new products.
