Technical Program Manager

Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking to hire a Program Manager to support Advanced Technology Programs within the Communications and Navigation Solutions (CNS) product area in the C4ISRS business unit. The PM will manage one or multiple strategic programs with the objective of developing new capability in the wireless communications, signal processing, and navigation technology domains to be transitioned to BAE Systems Wayne, NJ radio products. The PM's primary responsibilities on these programs will include cost, schedule, risk and opportunity management for a portfolio of programs, proactively coordinating with internal PMO and technical teams, and supporting customer and CNS/C4ISRS leadership discussion on major programs. In addition, the Program Manager will support programs in monthly reporting of schedule and financial status. The PM will also be involved in, or leading, strategic new business captures that align with the CNS advanced technology strategy. This will include extensive collaboration across sites, functions, and business areas to reach a common objective.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
