The qualified candidate will be responsible for research, writing,editing, and publishing technical documentation for a suite of program products for a new program. Candidate must have experience working with technical engineers to write and edit content for documentation including end-user manuals, end-user training manuals, briefings and flyers, charts, graphs and forms, test plans, test procedures and test reports, online system document updates, engineering documentation, operations manuals and other program technical and management documents. Candidate must be able to design and create clear and concise content for technical documentation that meets quality standards and/or instructional objectives with proper usage of brand, voice and style. Selected candidate must have the ability to evaluate content in relation to the project objectives and provide recommendations for improvement; proofread text to identify and correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors; revise current documentation for existing products and create documentation for new products. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to;assist with usability testing of the software procedure to verify accuracy of and to confirm they meet quality standards; assist in the review of technical content deliverables for completeness and accuracy to confirm they are prepared for publication.
