Systems Engineer - MBSE - Model Based Systems Engineer
Experienced Systems Engineer to develop architectures using model based systems engineering analyses and tools.
The candidate must have working knowledge and experience with formalized system modeling (SysML) and tool implementation with MagicDraw and be able to mentor others in the use of the models.
Demonstrated ability to develop system capability performance models using MATLAB and Simulink.
Demonstrated requirements development, decomposition and derivation skills to tie into the models.
Clear understanding of MOPs, MOEs and KPPS including model integration
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
SECRET Clearance required Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education BS in an engineering discipline Software, Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
Fifteen years of engineering experience including requirements development, decomposition and derivation.
Eight to 10 years of experience developing system architectures within a team environment on multiple projects required.
Knowledge and understanding of underlying metamodels required.
Demonstrated MBSE experience developing complete architectures to include structure, interfaces and data.
Experience using the MBSE developed architectures to evaluate performance, cost and schedule impacts to programs.
Senior engineer with design experience
Strong written, verbal and presentation skill for both customer and management communication as the technical authority of the program / SEM.
